CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) has nabbed a Patwari Gurpreet Singh posted at Revenue Halqa Bhullar in Sri Muktsar Sahib district and his private assistant (PA) Kuldeep Singh for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs. 18, 000.
